PlumbStar USA^™ Limited Warranty

PlumbStar USA^™ products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of purchase. PlumbStar USA^™ will, at its option, replace or repair, FREE OF CHARGE, during the warranty period any PlumbStar USA^™ product that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This limited warranty does not cover (i) installations which are in violation of applicable plumbing,housing or building codes or contrary to written instructions furnished by PlumbStar USA^™ or (ii) adverse local conditions including damage by corrosive elements.

PlumbStar USA^™ makes no warranty regarding the suitability of a product for a particular installation. Purchasers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a specific application. Check valves should be examined periodically and replaced if worn or damaged.

This warranty is limited exclusively to replacement or repair of a defective product. Labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement are excluded from this warranty. Consequential damage, collateral damage, property damage, personal and bodily injury, and claims arising from the loss of use of property, as well as any other kind of loss or damages, are also excluded from this warranty, unless such restrictions are limited by the law of the jurisdiction in which the product is purchased. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) by the original consumer purchaser must be made available to PlumbStar USA^™ for all warrant claims. This is the exclusive warranty offered by PlumbStar USA^™, which does not make any other warranty of any kind, including the implied warranty of merchantability.

This warranty excludes all industrial, agricultural, commercial and business usage of PlumbStar USA^™ products.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Any damages to PlumbStar USA^™ products as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect; movement, distortion, cracking or settling of foundations; improper installation; fire; freezing; shipping damage by carriers; defects in related products not manufactured by PlumbStar USA^™; alteration; or any use other than genuine PlumbStar USA^™ parts will void the warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
